I'm going to be the next OT staff... =)

Assalamualaikum...hehe it seems that I haven't update any thing since last semester breaks..hehehe..well..i'm pretty bz nowdays.. haha..lots of individual + grouping assignment need to be settle down...quite depress because I don't know where to start with my assignment especially under endocrine subject..huhuhu...acromegally..where can I find patient with acromegally sign n symptoms ???? =?there's nothing else I can say..ea ea....

For the 1st time in my life..oopss...hehe..for the 1st time since I'm a student nurse..I think..well of course everyone knows that I hate posting in ward...posting in wards make me felt very exhausted and after posting i need to re-energised about 3-4 hours (becoz usually I can't feel that I can get deep sleep,maybe bcoz of some environmental factors).....and today..after posting at the OPERATION THEATER for about a week...i felt HAPPY...very happy..maybe I feel pleasant to working in OT..or maybe bcoz Ot is a very interesting place..or I like to work in OT because.............. hahahaha...there's nothing else I can say.. eah.. eah...

Something...Anything...but Lots of Thing..

Assalamualaikum to somebody or nobody who have spend their time to read this simple blog..Well..I think I did'nt have enough time to wrote all things happened in 2009..but I'm very thankfull beacause I've been given some time to improve my selves fiddunia wal akhirat..Alhamdulillah..and I'm still alive..=)...and to my friends ~ even though non of my friends really know well about me but thanks to all for being my friends..

About my semester holidays break(26/11/09 ~ 17/12/09...actually my family have a few plan to spent our holiday breaks...but because of my abah have to cancelled his ticket a night before he suppose to leave Jeddah because of flood in Saudi Arabia..so..we also have to cancelled our planned....hohohoh..

Because of we're very frustrated...we senyap-senyap went to JB..hehe...JB is a memorable hometown for my family..for me..I started to know about school..and it is also the place I left behind my school memory..hmm~... well..going to JB for a short period helps me and umi to release our ke-frust-tation...

Other than that..hmmmm nothing else kot...nothing much we can do to fulfill our time during the breaks because my along and achik are still in their exam mood...hmmm...ape ape jeklah..and I also felt tension when the letters from Ukm, Bangi delivered to my house....which is mean that I must (wajib) go to the camping in Lenggong , Perak...and because of the camping..it's mean that my semester breaks is shorter than it suppose to be...huhuhuhu

For this new year 2010...hopefully I can achieved my goal and score whatever I want...InsyaAllah..and also happy birthday to my umi (7 january 2010)....hehehe...thanks for being my wonder mom...and I'm sorry because this week I can't go back to Tasek ..well new semester ..lots of thing to be settle down...mwah mwah kat umi....

ReLiSQ camp for Aulad

Assalamualaikum W.B.T

..After having a great camp for Aulad ( 8 to 14 years old) about 4 days..actually this is my part time job..hehehe...but I'm sincerely says that i'm satisfied with this program because it helps kids and teenagers to improve their skills to hafaz the Quran..and me as a fassilitator proud of my camp group : Alya & Aisyah - 8 years old , Sayyidah & Nabila - 9 years old..because they have done their best to hafaz Surah Al-A'la and Surah Al-Alaq in about 72 hours..other than that they need to finished their task which is to complete an origami..do you know what is origami???origami is oki = fold , kami = paper....an on the 3rd day camping they need to build a swan by using paper provided...huh such a challenging task...and me...hehe i'm pretty sure that i can't do those thing while i'm in standard 2..kekeke..but they can do their best..=))congrates dear adik-adik...picture? I can't transfer the pictures yet because i did'nt bring sony usb cable..huhu..hopefully next year i can join this program again..it is so syiok..

Huge is a word..and to pronounce : he-u-ge- not hug... hug is pelok..huge is besa , gemok , obes & etc..finally..berjaye jgk bce buku tu yg dh dibeli about a month ago at Mph Jusco Maluri.. buku tu very interesting...both.. outside and inside..so phrase DON'T JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER tokle digune pakai untuk buku ni..hehehe..buku nih time beli pun tinggal 1..the last one I think

Cite nih pasal a rich girl ..very rich girl , Wil (wilhelmina), yang dok kat Malibu. She's having obesity although her parents are trainer for fitness centre. Hmm pelik kan..Tapi kalu tak obes tak de lah cite nih kan..hehehe..maybe she's too manje kot..ape yang Wil mintak semua dapat..orang kaye lah katekan..but her parents does'nt like her daughter body shape..so they hire a personal trainer yang namenye Heather..Heather ni pun bekerja dalam company parents Wil...tapi si Wil ni pun stuborn orgnye..suh buat ape-ape pun tak jalan..jalan berbatu-batu tiap-tiap hari pun tak lut..still obes...........why? lepas jogging Wil pun makan chocolate..chocolate..chocolate and junk food too..Jadik satu hari tu parents Wil bagi dia pamplets pasal Wellness Canyon..Wellness Canyon ni summer camp untuk org2 yang obes...disebabkan Wil ni ta nak join camp tu..dia g bakar pamplets tu kat sink toilet and berlaku lah kebocoron satu umah..hmmm

Nak tak nak kene lah jugak dia join sebab bakar pamlpets tu pun nanti parents Wil bagi lagi pamplets baru..hoho...so kat sana ..kat Wellness Canyon tu dia kene duduk hostel.. 1 bilik 2 orang..Roomate dia , April, orang susah sebab dah takdde bapak..April ni opposite dgn Wil..April ni handphone pun takde..Wil semua ade..macam-macam ade..iPod, Handphone,cash banyak, baju branded n lots more..April nye target pegi situ untuk loss weight dengan cara yg lebih proper..tapi target Wil pegi situ untuk gain more weight.

April ni macam obsessed sikit nak jadi popular..So dia excited nak berkawan dengan Colin & Jessica..Jessica jadik idola April & Colin pulak April suke kat dia sebab actually Colin & Jessica berbadan fit..x overweight macam April & Wil..

Tetiap hari April & Wil gado2..ade je yang tak kene..so satu hari tu deorang buat agreement..agreement yang lebih kepada bet...jadik sape orang 1st yang dapat kiss Colin akan menang & lagi sorang tu lose..Kalu April menang , Wil kene bagi iPod kat April sepanjang summer ni..Kalu Wil menang , April kene makan makanan yang bole jadikkan April lebih gemuk lagi...tulah deal dorg..

Tapi drpd incident tu deorg dah tak gaduh lagi tapi dah revenge lak kat Colin...Tau x plan deorg ape..masukkan laxative dalam bottle nalgene Colin masa dah nak end of summer dah..tujuannye untuk revenge + untuk menang dlm olympics game kat Wellness Canyon tu..Akhir summer camp tu tau x due2 dah **i*....ape tu **i*..hehehe bace sendirik eh..

Moral of the story : rajen2 lah bace buku sndiri kalu nak tau ending of this story..hehehe..nope actually the moral of this story is.....terimalah keadaan diri sendiri..tak yah nak copycat identiti orang lain..mungkin dalm short cite yang Izah tulis nih korg tak paham..tapi kalu bace sendiri buku nih korg akan lebih faham..nak pinjam..?? bole je..tapi lg baik ade sdn punye.hehe =))

To Sape-sape yang rase dirinye BLAGAK..KUAT JELOUS..DENGKI......

Korg ni kan smenonye tergolong dalam sejenis penyakit yang korang sendiri je boleh ubat..gaknye secare physical memang tak nampak..tapi dalam hati memang ade..bomoh, pawang,veterinar , kakak nurse atau abg doc pon x boleh nak cure kan penyakit yang korang carik sendiri nih...

Mungkin first-first korang buat penyakit ni hobby kot..pastu dah addicted..dah bukan hobby lagi dah..dah jadik habit..habit suke menjelous kan orang lain...

meh Izah bagi example : "tau x .. mak aku baru beli ***dg* baru..rosak sikit pon still beli baru..almaklumalah..saje je nak dapat barang eletrik baru ".......... ~ petikan drpd si polan~

biasenye topik-topik tak jauh beza..lepas dah jelouskan orang biasenye golongan berpenyakit ni pantang bila tengok orang lain beli something else..baju ke..buku ke..handphone ke..laptop ke..agaknye kalau berus gigi pun nak jelous jugak kot..hahahaha...

example seterusnye ; Siti : " Aku nak beli handphone la..handphone aku dah tahap handphone zaman dinoso.Lagipun duit dalam bank pun dah membenarkan."

Ani : " Kau nak beli eh..camtu aku pun nak beli lah..mane boleh handphone kau lagi baru & latest daripada aku punye "

Lepas dah jelous dengan orang lain..mula lah nak carik idea nak tonjolkan diri...asebab tu lah g beli handphone baru eventhough hakikatnye baru je beli handphone baru..kan kan kan...

Pastu mulelah dok menayang kat orang lain & banding-bandingkan...

" Aku nye lagi hebat daripada kau punye handphone yang setakat infra-red tu je..handphone zaman paleolitik..akunye ade memory besar.. 1 terabait lagi tu..audio & camera bagus..siap ade tv, internet..boleh surf facebook bile-bile mase je.. "

Contoh ayat la...stakat ni penah la denga orang cakap camtu tapi yang memory card 1 terabait tu kat Malaysia belum ade lagi..tapi negara jiran- S'pore - dah lame pon ade 1 tera tu...huhuhu

Pas dah menayang..ape lagi..hidung pun kembang la..mata pun pandang sleck je kat orang lain yang biase-biase ni ha..pastu asyik pegang je handphone..biar orang nampak...orang lain dah nampak mesti lah tanye .... " handphone baru ke?" ..............................

So.. kat bawah ni Izah nk bg la sign + symptom orang-orang yang telah dijangkiti penyakit yang lagi bahaya daripada Influenza H1N1 ni eh..

SIGN + SYMPTOM..

1.Riak - bangga dirinye melebihi orang lain , suke puji diri sendiri, bangge dengan kemulian diri, harta, ilmu & keturunannya.

2.Suka menonjolkan dirinya kpd orang lain.

3.Memandang rendah kepada orang lain.

4.Minta dirinya dipuji.

5.Suka mengkritik orang lain secara melampau.

6.Berlagak ketika berjalan.

7.Palingkan muka jika bertemu dengan seseorang.

8.Berlagak bila bercakap.

9.Tidak boleh menerima + tak endahkan teguran daripada orang lain.

10.Bantah teguran orang lain.

11.Berlagak pandai walopon sbenanye tak tau @ tak reti.

12.Suke barang-barang yang vouge dan boleh menjadikannye vouge.

13.Suke tindas orang yang miskin + lemah.

14.Berlagak dia je yang tau + dia je betul.

15.Suka membazir sama ada diri sendiri punye @ orang lain punye barang.

TREATMENT yang paling berkesan

1.Kawal perbuatan diri sendiri.

Tapi korang tau tak name penyakit yang korang dah hidap ni..bukan Diabetis Mellitus..bukan Myocardial Infarction, bukan Elephantitis...semuenye bukan..lecturer pun tak penah mention name penyakit nih kat korg...

Sbeno-benonye korang telah menghidap penyakit........

PENYAKIT ROHANI

sape-sape yang telah terjebak dalam penyakit nih..beristghifar laa banyak-banyak...sebab Izah sendiri pun kadang-kadang terbuat..hehehe..tp Izah control & simpan dalam diary je..buat dono je kat sape-sape yang telah menghidap penyakit ni...
